Refunds - Ticket Sales
Sales of tickets for Pride in London events are final and no refunds will be offered other than in line with the Cancellation Policy below.
Refunds - Stalls and Parade Entry
Where bookings have been made for a stall at a Pride event or entry in the parade as a walking group or with a float, a 90% refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received by London LGBT+ Community Pride no later than 28 days before the date of the event in question. After that time, no refund shall be payable other than at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Cancellation by the Board of London LGBT+ Community Pride: Should a Pride in London event be cancelled for reasons within the control of the Board of Directors a full refund will be paid to all ticket holders. Refunds to stall holders and parade groups with or without floats will be limited to the fee paid to London LGBT+ Community Pride for participation. There will be no repayment of expenses incurred by others in preparation for participation.
Cancellation for reasons outside the control of the Board of London LGBT+ Community Pride: In the event of cancellation of a Pride in London event for reasons outside the control of the Board, such as terrorist action, extreme weather or public order concerns (this is not an exclusive list) the Board will consider a scheme of refunds that takes into account the community interest in the financial survival of London LGBT+ Community Pride. The Board will endeavour to ensure that all parties are refunded but where this is not possible refunds will be distributed based on an assessment of need.
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on prideinlondon.org (including local house rules) then the latter shall prevail. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
