Pride in London open meeting at City Hall (Photograph: Hayden Murtagh)

Join us to hear about our plans for Pride this year and get the chance to ask your questions.

We'll be talking about the Parade, stages, Pride Festival, UK Black Pride and more. We organise three open meetings each year to update the community on our progress. There will be a Q&A session after an update from our board of directors.

The discussion will be moderated by the chair of our independent Community Advisory Board.

Can't make it to the event?

We'll be live tweeting! You can send us questions using #PrideOM, tweet us @LondonLGBTPride or email Steve before 18:00 on the day.

Getting there

Doors open at 1800 and the event begins at 1830. It will be in meeting rooms 4 and 5 on the lower ground floor. You will need to go through City Hall security as part of their admissions policy.

We have two parking spaces reserved for people with accessibility needs. If you'd like a parking space or if you have any other questions about access, please email Patrick before 17 May 2016.

The final meetings of 2016 will be on Tuesday 20 September 2016.
