Out In The Streets

Sunday 25 June 2017

The roads of Greenwich Town Centre are being made traffic-free for the absolutely fabulous Out In The Streets – Greenwich+Docklands International Festival’s very own Pride programme marking the 50th anniversary of the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality in England and Wales.

Create your ideal partner in sock-puppet form with Puppet Paramour, submit to the planet's most outlandish hair stylists in the happiness-inducing OSADIA, and share your memories of London's lost gay pubs with Ida Barr. The London Gay Big Band raise the tempo later on, getting you all dancing in the streets and, if that doesn’t lift your spirits, the Strong Lady will. Literally.

More performers and exhibitors will be announced soon. Visit the GDIF website (click the button below) for more information.
