Join the Operations team as we deliver the UK's largest Pride. We work with agencies from the Met Police, The Mayor, and others as well as managing the stages to ensure a safe and entertaining event for all. Parade Supervisor (Form Up)

The Pride in London (PiL) parade through central London is one of the highlights of the Pride in London Festival. The Parade is prepared and leaves from a location called form up. This busy area requires a specialist team of Parade Supervisors who organise and coordinate the parade groups as they arrive, and supervise the groups during the time before they depart form up and travel down the parade route.

Event Manager (General)

The Event Manager (General) is a senior operational role within Pride in London for the Saturday event, held on 8th July 2017. The Event Manager (General) will be deployed to a range of situations to assist in risk identification and on-the-ground problem solving. This role is a key support alongside any specific zoned event managers e.g. Soho, parade route, parade form up. This role may also act as assistant to the Operations Director.

The closing date for this role is 12 April 2017.

Artist Liason

The Artist Liason will provide backstage support to the producers and stage managers over the Pride in London weekend. This roll will cover hospitality, cleaning, artist support and other backstage duties.

Residential & Business Liaison Relationship Manager

The Residential & Business Liaison (RBL) team’s primary focus is to deliver value and grow relationships within the various businesses and communities that are situated within the footprint of Pride in London.

Bars & Catering Manager

We are looking for a volunteer Bar & Catering Manager to deal with our bars and catering contractors.  This will be to liaise with the sucessful winner of the tender and deal with the administration of bars and catering units available at Pride in London’s events on Saturday 8th July and Sunday 9th July.

Senior Steward, Event Liaison Team (ELT) x 2

The Event Liaison Team (ELT) is in place to deal with issues and problems encountered on the day of the event.  We are looking for a volunteer to work within our control room with agencies such as the Metropolitan Police, medical providers, London Fire Bridge, London Underground, London councils, production management, the Greater London Authority, stewarding and security, traffic management and cleaning services.
