  • Talks and Debates

Is sex with a robot considered as cheating? Why have sexbots been predominantly female so far? And will robo-loving lead to the end of human-to-human interaction?

Join computer scientist and author of Turned On: Science, Sex and Robots, Dr Kate Devlin to delve into the big questions we should all be asking about our future interactions with robots, and the ever-growing role of technology in sex.

We’ll explore how virtual reality, augmented reality, machine learning and the web increasingly affect our sex lives and our romantic relationships.

Following the talk, Kate Devlin will be signing copies of Turned On: Science, Sex and Robots in the IMAX Theatre.
