Out To Swim, London’s largest Masters swimming club, are running a free synchronised swimming taster session for men and women. The session is part of the Synchro Challenge – an initiative to bring men into the sport – and is also part of the Pride in London Festival 2017.

Recently approved for men at national and international level, synchro combines swimming, dance, gymnastics and athleticism in a routine performed to music. Although the session is primarily aimed at increasing male participation in synchronised swimming, it is also suitable for and open to female swimmers.

During the session, you will learn basic water skills and learn a short routine to music. The session is free and open to over 18-year-olds with basic swimming skills. No experience of synchronised swimming is required.

Capacity is limited so please sign up soon to ensure you get a place.
