Fifty-Two T&Cs
Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your artwork to Fifty-Two
To enter applicants must be London (United Kingdom) residents
Applications must be received by 23:59 pm GMT Wednesday 15 April 2020 by completing the web form. Alternatively, you may email Thomas Wales but must provide all necessary information for your entry to be valid.
Applications which are delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete or fail in transmission due to computer issues or otherwise cannot be accepted.
Applicants must cover the cost of transportation to and from the gallery
Artists must provide a guide price. Please note this should take into account the 35% commission that will be donated to Pride in London.
Sale proceeds (minus commission) will be sent to artists upon receipt of an invoice within 30 calendar days from receipt of the invoice
P&P will be calculated at sale point and charged in addition to artwork cost
The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms of the competition at any time
All applicants agree to their name and information submitted in their application to be used in any or all publicity and marketing that the Promoter decides to undertake
By entering the competition you are accepting these terms and conditions
A list of the selected artist will be published on prideinlondon.org and may be obtained by sending a SAE to the Promoter from 26th June 2020
Final artwork invoice will include VAT and Carriage. This will be discussed with buyer ahead of agreeing final sale.
Damages caused during transit to the buyer is the responsibility / liability of the artist.
