Welcome to Pride in London

Find out more about the people and passion behind Pride in London

Pride in London is a vibrant and dynamic organisation that relies on the passion and commitment of both staff and volunteers who share a common goal of advancing equality and diversity. As a non-profit organisation, any surplus funds we generate are reinvested back into the LGBTQ+ community, to support initiatives and campaigns that aim to promote greater inclusivity and acceptance.

We are proud to run the UK's largest and most diverse Pride event, which provides a vital platform for all members of London's LGBTQ+ communities, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, questioning, intersex, non-binary, asexual, polysexual, genderqueer, and gender variant. Our aim is to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and advocate for the freedoms that will enable everyone to live their lives on equal footing.

Through events such as Pride's Got Talent, the annual Parade, or our amazing new Human Rights Forum, we provide a platform for LGBTQ+ people to express themselves creatively and celebrate their identity. Our events are designed to showcase the amazing diversity of our community and enable LGBTQ+ people to be visible and vocal about the progress we have made, the work still to be done, and the importance of continued advocacy.

At Pride in London, we believe that diversity and inclusivity are paramount. Our events are open to people of all races, faiths, abilities, sexualities, and genders, including straight and cis allies. We have a dedicated team of approximately 150 volunteers who work tirelessly to deliver a world-class Pride event. However, we are continually striving to increase our diversity, and we are especially eager to hear from people in the Black, Asian, Minority ethnic, Trans, Bi, Non-binary, and Queer communities. Gender equality is a core principle that guides everything we do.
