Inclusivity

Your organisation or business must be fully inclusive of everyone in the LGBT+ community.

Stall amenities

The stall provided by Pride in London comprises a 3m x 3m or 5m x 5m marquee with three side walls and a roof. Furniture orders are taken later (cost approx. £10 for a table and £5 for a chair). There is NO electricity supply other than for the large stalls on the North Terrace of Trafalgar Square, and this must be agreed in advance.

Opening times

Your stall must be open for the duration of the event (12pm-8pm) unless agreed in advance, in writing, with Pride in London. You may not close or break down your stall before 8pm. Stall holders who close and/or break down early may be subject to a penalty.

Forbidden items

The following items are prohibited: glass, diesel or petrol generators, fuel, smoke machines or smoke effects, amplified music, strobe lighting, confetti, or the sale of food and drink.

You may not give away stickers, plastic or fabric carrier bags, confetti or any other item that causes excessive litter (please check with us for advice).

Trading license

This will be discussed during the application process.

Fundraising

No fundraising is allowed, except for Pride in London. This includes offering a service or product in return for a donation, or asking people to sign up to direct debits etc.

Sub-letting

You must not sub-let your stall to a third party. Any stall that has been sub-let will be immediately closed by Pride in London and no refund will be applicable.

Parking

You will be able to park within a few minutes' walk of the stall for unloading and loading, but only during an allocated time slot; you will need to make your own arrangements for parking your vehicle away from the Pride footprint for the duration of the day.

Insurance

You must have £5m of public liability insurance and you must provide evidence of cover to Pride in London in advance of the event.

Rubbish

No waste service is provided and you must take all rubbish away with you from the stall. If you leave rubbish, or leave it by public bins, this is fly-tipping and you may be fined by Westminster City Council.

Securing a place

Applications for stalls are closed for 2022.

Once you have accepted an offer, your application has become a booking. No refunds are paid on cancelled stalls.

You may not sell, lend, transfer or sub-let the stall to anyone else.

The decision of Pride in London is final. You will comply with all reasonable requests from Pride in London team members during the event.
