Volunteer with Pride

Pride in London is run entirely by volunteers. Some of us work on short-term projects or campaigns – and some of us work all year round as part of the core team. Taking part is an incredible experience and we’d love you to join the team.

Operations roles

Join the Operations team as we deliver the UK's largest Pride. We work with the Met Police, The Mayor, and others as well as managing the stages to ensure a safe and entertaining event for all.


Event Manager (General)

The Event Manager (General) is a senior operational role within Pride in London for the Saturday event, held on 8th July 2017. The Event Manager (General) will be deployed to a range of situations to assist in risk identification and on-the-ground problem solving. This role is a key support alongside any specific zoned event managers e.g. Soho, parade route, parade form up. This role may also act as assistant to the Operations Director.

Artist Liason

The Artist Liason will provide backstage support to the producers and stage managers over the Pride in London weekend. This roll will cover hospitality, cleaning, artist support and other backstage duties.

Residential & Business Liaison Relationship Manager

The Residential & Business Liaison (RBL) team’s primary focus is to deliver value and grow relationships within the various businesses and communities that are situated within the footprint of Pride in London.

Bars & Catering Manager

We are looking for a volunteer Bar & Catering Manager to deal with our bars and catering contractors.  This will be to liaise with the sucessful winner of the tender and deal with the administration of bars and catering units available at Pride in London’s events on Saturday 8th July and Sunday 9th July.

LLCP Shop Manager

Pride in London has secured a pop up shop from the 24th June to the 9th of July to be open everyday. To facilitate this we are looking to recruit a paid Shop Manager to manage the day to day running of this space over 2 weeks.

Communications roles

We're responsible for delivering all communications from Pride in London, to spread our message far and wide.

Web designer with UX experience

We're looking for a web designer to assist in a website refresh project, creating wireframes and engaging designs based on website priorities and user need.

Web content editor(s)

We need a team of web editors to carry out requests to update, review and edit existing content on the Pride in London website, and moving forward into a new Pride in London web project.

Festival and Community Engagement role

Join us as we put on a truly diverse and incredible Festival with world class stages and events. Plus engage with community groups to ensure Pride delivers for all parts of the community.

Community Engagement Manager x 2 (Prides Liaison & Charities/Intergroups)

These are common roles within Pride in London (PiL)’s Community Engagement External Liaison team but with specific responsibility for liaison, support and advocacy with defined parts or sectors of the LGBT+ community. We are currently recruiting Community Engagement Managers for Prides Liaison and Charities/Intergroups.

Sponsorship and Fundraising roles

Join us as we raise the vital funds to put on the UK's biggest free Pride event. You'll work with the biggest names in the industry to deliver world class partnerships.


Fundraising Volunteer

Help us raise funds for Pride. You will need to be friendly and approachable and willing to talk about the work that Pride does. This is a flexible role, although your hours will vary depending on which events you can work at.

Fundraising Managers x3

Responsible for developing and delivering fundraising activity both on Parade Day and throughout the year. This role will involve managing teams of Fundraising volunteers, collecting and banking money.

Fundraising Co-ordinator

Responsible for supporting the Head of Fundraising in delivering fundraising related activity. This will include managing a timetable of third party events, ensuring these are communicated across relevant teams, ensuring all relevant information is stored on google drive.

Fundraising Assistant

Pride In London is due to undertake a much more full programme of fundraising activity in the lead up to 2017. To facilitate this we are looking to recruit a paid full time Fundraising Assistant.

Finance and Admin roles

Join our Finance and Admin team as we ensure Pride in London remains on a financially sustainable footing able to deliver for the entire community. You'll work across the Pride organisation as well as with many key suppliers and delivery partners.

Marketing roles

Join our award-winning Marketing team and help us deliver world-class multi-channel Marketing campaigns.
