Pride in London is delighted to announce the appointment of Yeme Onoabhagbe (she/they) and Dominic Arnall (he/him) as Co-Chairs of the Board of Directors.

Their appointment reflects the organisation's commitment to strengthening governance, accountability and integrity, and ensuring Pride in London operates at the highest standards for London's LGBTQIA+ community and allies.

Yeme is CEO of Board Racial Diversity UK and an EDI & Governance Consultant with deep expertise in institutional change and community leadership. Dominic is Chief Executive of Ditch the Label, a global organisation working at the intersection of technology and young people's mental health, and brings extensive experience from leading both Open for Business and Just Like Us, the LGBT+ young people's charity. Both are accomplished leaders with proven track records in strategic governance and community-led change.

The Board deliberately chose to appoint Co-Chairs, recognising that shared leadership brings a broader range of perspectives, lived experience and skills to the organisation's strategic direction, which is particularly important as Pride in London continues to expand its impact and prepares for Pride 2027 and its bid to host WorldPride 2032.

Paisis has been confirmed as CEO by the Board, having served as interim CEO since September 2025 and successfully delivered Pride in London 2026.

Yeme Onoabhagbe and Dominic Arnall will take up their roles as Co-Chairs of the Board of Directors in mid-September 2026.
